Beautiful apartment, with a large living room and balcony. All new kitchen with a lot of room. The room available is the highlighted room on the floor plan. The shared areas of the apartment are furnished but you will need to bring your own stuff/furniture for your room.

The apartment building is close to Oakville Place Mall, Oakville GO and is a fifteen minute walk from Sheridan College. Parking is available at approximately $88-$110 per month.

Water and Heat are included in the rent, we don’t have AC, and we each pay a third of the remaining utilities (Hydro, Internet, Renters Insurance).

My name is Krystel and I have two adorable cats so being cat friendly is a must. I live with my friend Nori and we are looking for a third roommate. We are both recently finished with school and working full time. You can often catch us watching TV or playing video games in the living room.
