Howland Avenue

Hello! My roommate is subletting her room from May 1st-Aug 30th. We live in the Annex, 3 minute walk to Metro, Shoppers, and 7/11, one minute to Dollarama/Bathurst Station and we’re right off Bloor so we’re near plenty of shops too! It’s honestly a great area I love it. For the property itself, the apartment is a two-bedroom, shared bathroom/living area, and we have our own backyard which is especially great for the warmer months. Hydro and wifi are included in the listing price ($915) and they usually come up to $25 each/month.

I’m currently a 20 yr old fashion student attending George Brown but I won’t be in school for the time that you’ll be subletting. I’m a social person and love getting to meet new people. My current roomate and I are queer so this is a very friendly LGBTQ+ friendly household. I work as a server so I’ll either be working nights, out with friends or at home. I spend my spare time designing clothes, sewing, and drawing mostly. I do have a cat who is 13 years old and minds his own business for the most part but he is very affectionate.
