This is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse in King Edward Park. It’s close to gas stations, stores, and fast food restaurants. For those that drive, it’s only 10-15 minutes to Sherwood Park, prime Whyte Ave area, U of A campus, and downtown. The property has a parking pad and tons of free street parking nearby. For those who don’t drive, there are bus stops very close by (and they are building the new LRT station just down the road!).

I am renting out a bedroom on the top floor of a townhouse that receives a lot of natural light. The room is already furnished with a queen bed and nightstand but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Rent includes all WiFi and utilities. The laundry, bathrooms, and kitchen are all shared, and the basement is undeveloped but could be used for storage.

Roomie #1 - Kind, bubbly, funny, considerate, and respectful. She works out of the house and keeps pretty busy with her personal life. When she’s home, she’s chill and usually hangs out in her room or watches tv in the living room.

Roomie #2 (me) - Busy working professional who frequently travels for work. I’m big on a household centered around respect, consideration, and teamwork (we all help each other).

The dynamic of the home is chill, respectful, and positive, so I’m looking to have someone join who will fit in well with that. Anyone with a well-trained dog but unfortunately no cats due to allergies.
