About the room
Hello! My name is Carine and I am a nursing student at UofA! I am looking for a roommate to live with coming June! The apartment is in Claridge Home Condominiums. It is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. 1 room has the ensuite bathroom in it and is slightly bigger. The other room will use the bathroom across the room. -Utilities are included, except wifi (which we could split or I can pay for it). -Ensuite Laundry -Heated underground parking for an additional 100$ a month. -Not furnished but I am hoping I can find some furniture online! If you have furniture even better(:
- Currently building a gym in the apartment aswell. *It is a bit more expensive but location is unbeatable! *Walking distance to UofA and Whyte Ave.
About the roomies
I am 25 and very relaxed. I like to workout and be outside! I am kind, clean, and laid back. Looking for someone who is also laid back!
