I live in a nice 4 1/2 situated in Monkland Village in Montreal. The neighborhood is super nice, you have Provigo just across the street and there is a 6 mins walk to get to the metro station Villa-Maria. A lot of nice restaurants on Monkland’s street.

The room have a closet and will be unfurnished.

I also have a lovely cat, I will accept only people that doesn’t have a dog and cat because I don’t want scare my cat. I can make exception for smaller pets.

There is laundry in the available in the building

537$ doesn’t include anything but with everything its about 600$ Hydro-Quebec is about 50$ per month and Videotron internet is 72$.

Hi there! I’m a friendly and quiet 30 years old woman. I like to game on pc and go out sometimes with friends. I like to live in a calm environment.
