The room is on the 3rd floor, is spacious and has a balcony overlooking wellington crescent. It is FURNISHED, has a full bed, wardrobe with mirrors, a work desk, and side table and chair. One full bathroom and another half bath is shared with 2 other housemates.
The TOWNHOUSE, is very well furnished with comfortable living spaces. The kitchen has everything you would l need. There laundry is included and some storage area in the basement if required. No parking spot but street parking is available.
The rent $750/month; plus hydro & water split between roommates.
About the roomies
You will be sharing the home with 3 housemates : 2 male and 1 female, all young professionals in their 30s.
We are looking for like minded, respectful young professional or student to share with. Has to be clean and willing to share in the chores/cleaning of shared spaces.
A few house rules: No smoking, drugs or pets in the home, no overnight guests, clean after themselves, and respectful of the space and of others. No Couples.
