Roncesvalles Avenue

One bedroom available in a 2 Bedroom Apartment. It will be a month-to-month sublease starting Oct 1st. Looking for someone who would stay at least 6 months, but the lease doesn’t expire so you can stay longer.

Rent is $1250+ hydro and internet.
Those two are usually about $100 total, (but more in the summer months for hydro) so your monthly expenses would likely be about —–> $1350 to $1400 Move-in will require paying first and last month rent. ($2500 total)

Don’t need a full background credit check, etc, but just need to see some sort of proof of employment.

Located on Roncesvalles Ave, close to Queen. Short walk to the lake and High Park. (My favorite place!) Lots of great shops on Roncy– beautiful area.

Apartment is about 1100 sq ft. Really big living room. Nice patio overlooking Roncesvalles, with some patio chairs. (We’re on the 3rd floor, above an apartment and a business. It’s a small, quiet building). The two bedrooms are close in size but one is slightly bigger. The available room is the smaller one. Big enough for a queen mattress and a small desk. Has a large closet with clothes rack. Room has a skylight that lets in tons of natural light.

Room would be unfurnished. Living room will be furnished already, with a couch+coffee table+kitchen appliances, etc. He will be taking his T.V but I’ll likely buy a new one. My computer is not in the living room as in the pictures. I need to update the pictures, hah.
