My roommate and I are looking for a female to sublet the third bedroom in our 3 bed 1 bath apartment. We’re both ryerson students and hoping to connect with someone similar 😊 The room is available May 1 until September 1, rent is split evenly so the price is $1,100 per month (plus utilities). The building has a pool, gym, parking and is an 8 minute walk to Yonge and Dundas.
