The house’s common spaces include a full kitchen + appliances and two fridges, a basement, and all utilities included except for wifi. Looking for a UWO student to sublet for the summer (May 1st-August 31st). There’s a full-use washer and dryer in the basement and a driveway for parking as well. The location is close to Oxford/Wharncliffe with multiple places to get food and bus routes to campus. No smoking indoors and no pets.

Two roommates will also be sublets and the other two roommates are both Engineering students at Western University who are very kind and friendly people.
