Il y a 5 chambres, 1 grand salon, 1 cuisine avec appareils électroménagers (réfrigérateur, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, etc.), 2 salles de bain (une à chaque étage), beaucoup de rangement, une salle de lavage (laveuse et sécheuse), une petite terrasse à l’arrière et un petit jardin à l’avant. L’appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pied du métro Atwater (ligne verte), du centre commercial Alexis Nihon, du cinéma Forum, de la SAQ, du Adonis, du IGA… À 10 min de marche se trouvent le métro Lionel-Groulx (lignes verte et orange), le Super C, le marché Atwater, le canal Lachine, et de nombreux bars, restaurants et cafés. La chambre est disponible à partir du 1er juillet à 598$ (hydro et internet non inclus). Nous sommes 4 jeunes professionnels et un chat à la recherche d’une personne similaire, de préférence de plus de 25 ans, qui sait bien cohabiter avec d’autres gens. Nous sommes ouverts d’esprit et respectueux. De temps en temps, nous soupons ensemble, faisons des soirées jeux de société, des randonnées et des soirées cinéma. 2-floor apartment (main floor and basement) in a Victorian-style house located in the Shaugnessy Village on a very quiet street. There are 5 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen with appliances ( fridge, stove, dishwashing machine, microwave, etc. ), 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), plenty storage room, laundry room (washer and drier), a little terrace at the back and little garden in front of the house. Apartment located in a 5 min walk from metro Atwater (green line), Alexis Nihon center, Forum Cinema, SAQ, Adonis, IGA… At the distance of 10 min walk, you can find Metro Lionel Groulx (green and orange lines), Super C, Atwater Market, Canal Lachine, and many bars with restaurants. The room is available from July 1 at 598$ (hydro and internet are not included). We are 4 young professionals and a cat looking for similar, preferably someone older than 25, who knows how to live with other ppl. Our place is open-minded and respectful.
