Hello I am currently seeking someone to rent out a private bedroom in my basement suite we have our own private living area and shared kitchen and bathrooms we have a fenced backyard and there is a dog and cat currently living upstairs. Looking for someone who is a good fit for everyone.

I myself am 29 years old, I am currently not working due to an accident, I am a quiet gamer, 420 friendly and keep to myself and like to be tidy. The people living upstairs are close friends an older couple that are very friendly, we are again just looking for the right fit to bring down costs.
