Hello, are you looking for a dope room mate in a place surrounded by green space, dog parks and a 5 minute walk to the river?

Outside your bedroom window is a large green space teeming with nature and a tennis court you would have access too. Next to your bedroom is another room that can be used as an office or living space (perfect for students, included in price). The basement has room for storage as well. Shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Did I mention there is a shopping center less than a 5 minute walk away? Or that I would consider a well behaved medium sized dog, or two smaller dogs? I have a lab, so must love dogs/have a dog that is good with other dogs. Street parking available or a stall of your own for 20$ a month. Great location for MRU students, as its a quick drive up Glenmore to get there.

My current roommate is moving out with her boyfriend so dates are not set in stone yet.

I’m a mid thirties lady working 9-5. I travel for work a few times per quarter. I have friends over for board games a few times per month. There’s a small fenced back yard, and the front yard opens onto a dog park with a view of the mountains.

I’m hoping to find the right fit!
