Hello, are you looking for a dope room mate in a place surrounded by green space, dog parks and a 5 minute walk to the river?

Outside your bedroom window is a large green space teeming with nature and a tennis court you would have access too. Next to your bedroom is another room that can be used as an office or living space. There is a small (unfinished) room in the basement that could be used as storage or an artist studio for an extra cost. Did I mention there is a shopping center less than a 5 minute walk away? Or that I would consider a well behaved medium sized dog, or two smaller dogs? I have a lab puppy half-time, so must love dogs/have a dog that is good with other dogs. Street parking available or a stall of your own for 15$ a month.
