You will love the oversize bedroom overlooking the backyard and swimming pool. The separate entrance goes through the shared laundry and into the fully furnished basement featuring a gorgeous pool table! The basement will be almost all just for you to enjoy. The area is super quiet yet just one block to Prairie Avenue which means easy access to transit. That entire basement is above ground so it’s very bright with large windows!

My son has his room in the basement, in a separate area from yours. He works, games and sleeps there, otherwise he is upstairs for meals and relaxation. He rarely uses the kitchen and bathroom in the basement. I live upstairs and spend a lot of time in the backyard and back deck when I’m not traveling. You are not permitted upstairs but you are welcome to use the hot tub in the backyard periodically. We have one cat and my son has two ferrets so no other pets are permitted. This room is only suitable for one person, preferably a student, and in any event a more quiet individual
