About the room

Beautiful 3,000 sqft Rowhouse located in Garrison Woods/Marda Loop Calgary. About a 20 minute walk from MRU. Rowhouse is fully furnished with the exception of your own bedroom (I can furnish if needed or supply some items). Two bathrooms for roommates, option to share or be separate. Sorry, no pets.

Utilities not included in rent. Rent is $1300/month. Utilities range from $125 (net to roommate) in the summer to $225 (net to roommate) in the winter. We also share some home items. Small additional cost.

Room is quite spacious, about 250 sqft.

Street parking is free. Garage parking is optional. Lots of storage avaliable.

Preference goes to individuals looking to stay minimum one year.

Roomate agreement is pretty standard.
