It is a 2 story townhouse, 2 bathroom, 4 bedroom, with a semi finished basement, away from traffic and near a main street. Washer and dryer are available in the basement Tennis court, basketball court, pool are all available on premises. Generally a pretty big house, medium sized backyard.
Available for the first of next month The room for rent is on the top floor and is 9x11 size unfurnished.
About the roomies
M30, m28 and F25 We are fun relaxed individuals who like to spend time in the common area and hang out. We occasionally have people over but are generally all respectful of others and try not to be too loud.
We are looking for a roommate near our age range who is compatible with our personalities and lifestyle. We also have 4 cats in the house.
