Basement Unit located in quiet neighbourhood, bus stop around the corner, 7 min walk to Donlands Stn. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 washroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The price includes all utilities (internet, hydro, laundry). Unfortunately there is No parking available and the place is Not pet friendly. Since it’s a basement unit, the ceiling can be a bit low (75“ or 190cms) so unfortunately it would be an inconvenient for tall people. The bedroom is completely furnished as seen in the pictures.

You will be sharing the unit with me. I’m a gay latino guy, in my early 40’s, I’m a professional working FT from home, no smoker, I’m clean tidy and organized, good sense of humour, in my spare time I like to watch Netflix, to enjoying outdoors activities and catching up with friends among others.

My current roommate is moving out mid August, so I’m looking for one male roommate (1 person only) that can rent the room preferably long term, gay friendly, with stable income/job, who’s clean, organized, pays on time, no smoker (that includes, cigarettes, vape, weed etc), no drugs, and not a heavily drinker, someone who can get along well with. I get along better with people over 30 yo. Visitors and/or stays over are not allowed, however this can be negotiable in the future.
