I am looking for a female, like I am, to rent our basement room(long term), whether a student or a worker. You will have your own bathroom. You will share the kitchen and living room with us. Be rest assured, my house is clean and tidy.

All utilities are included in the rent. You are only paying $600.00

Bus stops are very close to go to work, school, superstore(which is 5 mins away) or any other places you feel like going to. There’s a lot of fast foods and local stores close to the house.

Living in my home sure is comfortable.

No smoking of cigarettes or weed.
