Hello !! We are looking to transfer our 3rd roomates lease for a beautiful + cozy bedroom available in a 5 1/2 (3 bedroom) in the Plateau-Mont-Royal on Av. De l’Hôtel-de-Ville, walking distance to several parks, clubs, shops and the Sherbrooke metro station. The room is big and sunny with a walk in closet ✨ The apartment is modern and spacious, has a washer and dryer, a huge bathroom (separate vintage bath + shower), kitchen, and private backyard. You will be living with two really fun, really sweet roommates (Concordia students).

Rent is $808 a month, not including utilities (wifi is approx $16/month and hydro/gas is approx $100/month depending on the season, we have never paid more than $100 each).

De-l’Hôtel-de-Ville, à distance de marche de plusieurs parcs, clubs, boutiques et du Station de métro Sherbrooke. La chambre est grande et ensoleillée avec un walk-in closet ✨ L’appartement est moderne et spacieux, dispose d’une immense salle de bain, une laveuse et sécheuse, un jardin privé et d’une cuisine énorme (avec une lave-vaisselle). Vous auriez deux colocataires super gentilles et responsables.

Hello! We are Kelty & Angie. We are two concordia students looking for a really fun third roomate. We are extremely loud (though respectful), love joking around and basically act like 12 year old boys<3 We really want a roomate who we can joke around with and bully 3-4 business days a week. We enjoy eating popcorn, smoking cigarettes in the park, yelling, and listening to YouTube jersey remixes🙈💩👏🏼. We definitely aren’t for everyone, but we have a good time. We’ve also got great music and impeccable interior design taste. Audition requirement is a nerf gun battle, bring your best weapon😍
