Megan's room

Large room in a basically brand new 2 bedroom, one bathroom basement suite with in-suite laundry. Utilities included. On a direct bus line to UVic (takes about 25 minutes to get there via bus) and <10 minute walk to grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. at Uptown Mall. Large fenced in backyard. The apartment is totally furnished other than the available room! (The room pictured would be yours, please ignore the mess. My current roomie is in the process of moving out and is away right now so she couldn’t clean it for photos. Room will be emptied and cleaned before you move in!)

I’m 25 years old and currently working part time and at school at UVic part time. I’m a very clean person and I like my apartment to reflect that, so I’m hoping to find someone else who’s neat and tidy. I have a large dog, she’s a 4 year old super sweet husky/shepherd mix. She can be a little odd with other dogs, so I’d prefer you not having a dog but be comfortable living with mine. The apartment only has one parking space which I use, but the street parking around is free with no time limits and is usually decently available if you have a car. I’m usually quite reserved at home but also love having fun. I love board games, cooking and watching movies. I’ve always enjoyed spending time with my roomies in the common area sharing a bottle of wine and watching shows or movies together.
