The apartment is in a beautiful plateau location walking distance to everything (groceries, metro, etc.) and to McGill! The square footage is quite large and the room comes with an extra closed door office as well (it’s a three bedroom with one big and one medium bedroom and one office). Laundry is in unit and the heat is included but not the internet and hydo (extras amount usually to about 40$/ month)

I am a 3rd year law student at McGill university and a cello player :) Generally I am a pretty studious and quiet roommate but love to have coffee chats and roomie dinners if that’s something you’re down for :)
