About the room
Looking for a (preferably female) roommate to rent the second bedroom in this well lit, updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo unit with me. Potential roommate must be clean, respectful, quiet. Ideally another med/dent/pharm/PT OT/graduate student that will respect the need for quiet study time at home.
The condo is roughly a 12 minute walk to the UofA Hospital and 15-20 minutes to the UofA main campus. There is a Shopper’s Drug mart next door and Safeway grocery store across the street. Easy access to lots of great cafes and restaurants in the Garneau/Whyte area.
The unit comes with laminate flooring, dishwasher, In suite laundry, A/C, a fireplace and a balcony. The appliances are all modern stainless steel. You will have access to your own bathroom/shower! Utilities are all included in the rent, the only extra you will have need to pay for is half of the cost of internet (Probably ~$35/mo). You will also have access to one underground parking stall. The condo is currently unfurnished but your room will have space for a double/queen bed and desk.

About the roomies
I am 26 and in Dentistry at the UofA. I love to cook/bake, go for walks/jogs in the river valley, and I am currently taking pottery classes! I am very friendly and appreciate a roommate that is also friendly, very clean and very respectful/considerate as I do need lots of quiet and study time in the evenings with my board exams coming up. Sorry, no pets as I am super allergic :(
