I have had a tenant since 2018 who has always had a reduced rent for doing some chores around my home. He has just moved away, so I am looking for a person to replace him. In the winter months it would be stacking wood for the wood furnace and filling it up twice a day, and in the summer months, it would be weed eating. It is easy to live here and you will enjoy privacy and quiet. Shared kitchen and laundry. This home has a friendly atmosphere. Talk to me about any questions you may have. My home is large and has been operated as a boarding type of home since 2018. You will like it here, of that I am sure.
