Hoping to find a nice, clean, and respectful room mate to share a condo downtown. Your room has the attached ensuite and a large closet. Condo has a great gym on the 3rd floor and amenities rooms/kitchen that you can book. Onsite 24hr Security/Concierge. The property manager will require you to submit an application to live in the building.

Looking to share a room with someone who is normal, clean, respectful of each others space. I work downtown, love music and happy to go out to grab some food/drinks. Would be great to make a new friend and see some of Calgary. House rules, zero tolerance no smoking or drugs. Alcohol is not my thing and you should be comfortable living with a Muslim; yes the occasional prayer, warm welcomes, and kindness.
