I am looking for a roommate to share my main floor heritage home, built in 1910, located near Central school, next to downtown Nelson.

The house includes: -washer/dryer -full bath/shower -high ceilings -big windows -front/back yard access -heating/electricity/internet included -your room is semi-furnished (bed frame/futon mattress, side table +lamp) -projector -pets potentially negotiable -couples considered but rent would increase to $1075 + $875 deposit)

A bit about me: I grew up in Nelson and have been living in this house since January 2021 (when I returned to Nelson due to the pandemic) while I finished my degree online. Now I have graduated from art school and am currently working as a casual at a daycare in town while I tentatively plan out my next move. I’m a bit of a homebody with the exception to go camping or work. My summer plans are to work with a local forest school and I (most likely) won’t be around too much on the weekends. I like to keep things tidy and organized but not tyrantly clean.
