Looking for a male roommate for the start of September (Low cost room) 450 per month

Smaller room in a furnished, modern apartment. Centrally located near Parc Baldwin and Frontenac metro station (less than 10 min walk to Frontenac metro station and approximately half an hour commute to downtown by metro or bus). Very nice and quiet neighborhood with proximity to lots of parks and stores. Apartment already has all the amenities you would need: TV, washer, dryer, central heating etc. Rent is $450 per month, utilities are not included.

About the roomies

The room is not furnished, you can set it up however you would like. Your roommates would be 2 Canadian guys, 21 and 20, both students at Concordia. Very personable and friendly, clean and considerate, just looking for another chill person to live with us.
