Juin's room

This is a 4 story, open concept house that includes a fenced backyard and is only a 15 minute walk to Britannia beach, Bayshore Mall and groceries stores. Each of the rooms has their own amazing perks (balconies, sliding glass doors, large windows, etc) and the entire house has amazing lighting. There is central AC, a fireplace, washer/dryer and the main living area is completely open. Your room has a private balcony, a two door/sliding door closet and it’s own private bathroom. There are 3 staircases and everyone’s room are far enough apart that noise is definitely not an issue. The driveway is lined with trees and is approx. 100 m long so the house is further back from the road and cannot be seen by traffic/pedestrians. We’re cool with loud music, watching movies, having friends over and simply living your life. We’re not perfect, and we don’t expect you to be either. We don’t need the house to be immaculate, just use common sense and be respectful:) if we hear you playing video games at 2 am? No biggie, you’ll probably hear Kayleigh watching a movie from time to time too. And if there is a problem, we’re all blunt and communicative so you will know and we’ll come up with solutions together.

There are 3 of us here already, plus our pets! Kayleigh (f, 24) is a recent graduate from Ottawa U for psych and linguistics and is currently working at Saje. She’s a Capricorn! She loves watching movies, telling you exactly which essential oil will fix whatever ailment you currently have, and making macrame. She owns 2 cats, Mo and Jinx, that she rescued this past August (they do not leave her room, they have more than enough space up there). Mo is a black and white male cat who never misses a chance to eat whatever he can get his paws on, and is always willing to be snuggled. Jinx is a feisty, all black cat who will sit on your shoulder and is often found staring at anyone who dares enter her mother’s room from her perch on the cat tree. Both are exceptionally friendly and snuggly cats. They are not scared of anything or anyone. Juin (f, 24) is an artist and landscaper who currently works at Starbucks. She is a Taurus! She loves spending her free time in the art room (yes, we have an art room that you are more than welcome to use as it’s a communal space/office), walking her dogs and going to the gym. She has 2 dogs, Lola and Chaos, who take up 90% of her time. Lola is an 11 year old Rottweiler/Australian shepherd who cannot get enough attention. She tries her best to get into the garbage, but gives up when she remembers her mom locked it, and then wanders off to do her own thing. Chaos is a 10 month old Siberian Husky/German Shepherd/Collie mix with a lot of energy and attitude. Like every other Husky, he loves to sing. It can be annoying, so if you’re someone who can handle loud noises and two dogs who constantly want to be snuggled, this is the place for you. Please also be warned that Chaos has lethal farts. Mac, (m, 23) is currently studying electrical engineering at Carleton U. He is a Leo! He loves playing video games, building LEGO (with Juin, they’re a couple!) and playing soccer. Mac has no pets and would like to keep it that way, especially since Lola and Chaos think he’s their dad. Karaoke nights, live music/wings on Thursdays and pizza at the beach are all common occurrences here. We love having friends over, hosting/attending events, hiking, reenacting scenes from our favorite movies, and having movie nights in the living room. We’re very open about social batteries, are respectful of spaces and privacy, but are all very close and would love to welcome another person. So if you’re someone who loves boasting about how earth signs are better, are cool with a nosy Husky who will talk back when you tell him to leave the kitchen, and the diffuser that never stops running, shoot us a message. We only ask that you clean up after yourself, help out with house chores, and communicate well. All 3 roommates are triple vaccinated
