TTC 24 hours, (35A, 35B, 35 Express and /or 40A Junction) the Bus stop is outside the Building. Laundry facilities inside the Building.

35 minutes on Bus and Subway to St. George (University of Toronto)

35 Minutes form Seneca/Jane campus (Downsview)

ILAC (International Language Academic Of Canada) students are welcome. 35 minutes from Yonge and Bloor St East Locations.

The price is $820 utilities included (hydro, water and Internet (First and last Month is required).

If you are very quite ,friendly, tidy, organized, neat and careful person, it is the place for you. I am very nice and patience and I spend reasonable time in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

I am a Single Professional and I am looking only for 1 person. I am offering the Master Bedroom of the apartment. You will only shared the kitchen at bathroom with me. I have all the utensils in the kitchen. You only have to bring 1 pot and 1 pan to cook.

It is optional to bring your own bedding. I have extra sheets and a winter blanket
