Location: 30-55 minutes away from George Brown College, Casa Loma and James Campus, University of Toronto, Ryerson University and Seneca College Jane Campus. Humber College Etobicoke Campus and Lakeshore Campus 50 min. York University Keele Campus 35 minutes and York University Toronto Campus 48 minutes. Stores and Restaurants nearby. One block from the Public Library. TTC 24 hours outside the Building. Laundry facilities inside the Building.

The price is $800 utilities included (hydro, water and Internet (First and last Month is required).

If you are very quite ,friendly, tidy, organized, neat and careful person, it is the place for you. I am very nice and patience and I expend reasonable time in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
