Proudfoot Lane

Hello everyone, i’m going to be a second year western student this year. I’m a music and Netflix guy who enjoys gaming and humor talks. I’m looking for a roommate for an apartment in 570 Proudfoot lane. Not only is the apartment a one bus ride to alumni hall, and walking distance to McDonalds, dollarama, all your favorite restaurants, and sobeys. But its also spacious, has a nice view and sunlight exposure. The room comes in with a built in closet, a private bathroom, and access to an in-unit laundry room. As a roommate, you’ll have access to the kitchen and its appliances, including coffee machine, fridge, microwave, stove and oven, popcorn machine, and finally a dishwasher. The room is available for rent starting may 1st. Feel free to get your personal belongings as the room is not furnished. But all aspects of the apartments are. Feel free to message me.
