Your space would include a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a living room with air conditioner. Bathroom with a bathtub, and a kitchen without a stove but includes mini-fridge, toaster, microwave. Access to the full kitchen on the 2’nd. floor. We share a washer and dryer in your kitchen. Includes cleaning once a month.

My wife and I have had this space for over 40 years and currently spend much of our time elsewhere. You would have a lot of privacy. When here we occupy the 2’nd floor. Our current roomie has been with us for over a year and is returning home end of June.
