Location: Landsdowne & Bloor - Beside subway, Go, Via, Up trains. About the house: 3 bedrooms and 2 shared washrooms. Washer/Dryer as well. Finished basement.
Room is furnished with Queen bed+mattress, desk, closet.
All utilities + internet included in rent. We share toiletries and cleaning supplies.
Two beautiful kittens live here. Very gentle and hypo-allergenic.
About the roomies
Male Roomie - Ennis 40: I work remotely at a tech company from home or at a cowork. I was a nomad for a few years and then resettled into the city a few years ago. I love to kayak, pickleball, run, work out, hike, travel and socialize. Pescatarian. Very neat and clean.
Female Roomie - Julia 31: Heading back to Germany for a few months and back late winter. Enjoys Love is Blind, Pilates, and a good cocktail.
You: Down-to-earth, easy to get along with, healthy lifestyle and considerate of others needs. Reliable income. Do fair share chores without being asked to. Keep the place clean and neat at all times. Treat the house and furniture as their own. Water the plants and care for kitties if anyone is away.
