Furnished basement (not underground, luckily!) in East Vancouver available by end of July! 1000CAD/month includes utilities (hydro, internet, heat) -Your bedroom: 8’x13’ room, includes bed (shocking, I know), closet, side tables, desk, nice window. -Shared bathroom with bathtub. -Full kitchen w/stove, oven, microwave, fridge -In-unit washing machine and dryer -No pets, no couples, no parties and no smoking -Central Location: Located in Killarney, super close to Central Park. 10 mins walk to Safeway. Free street parking. -Transit: 15 mins walk to either Patterson Skytrain station (so only one station away from Metrotown, if you’re more of a Superstore/Walmart person) or Joyce-Collingwood Station. 5 min walk to bus 19, if you’re heading downtown.

Me (the only one you’ll be sharing the space with): 30y/o, Mexican, pronouns he/him. I’m quiet yet friendly and rather easy-going. I studied for my Bachelor’s in Biotechnology and never used it, but I still love plants, animals and pretty much everything about nature (Sustainability, anyone??). Cleanliness is important (think: no dirty dishes left behind!). And other than that… Guess I’m just hoping to see if we have good vibes together haha
