I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor apartment. There’s a great outdoor space, steps away from the downtown core of Port Coquitlam. West Coast Express in walking distance, and Coquitlam Central skytrain a shortbus ride away.

The bedroom available is furnished, has a queen size bed, closet, and space for a small desk. As the unit has 2 bathrooms, one will be available for your exclusive use! The room can come unfurnished if required. On street parking available.

I have a medium sized puppy who also lives with me, hypo-allergenic and non-shedding. I would be open to the idea of allowing another dog in the household, but it would need to be hypo-allergenic/non-shedding, and it would need to get along well with other dogs. There may be an additional cost for another dog, to be discussed.

$950 per month covers the rent and all utilities. Half months rent required as a damage deposit when moving in. Flexible with move in dates, June or July!

A little about myself, I’m a 35 year old male, working from home in the investment industry. In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, whether hiking, camping or kayaking. I am a quiet, calm, friendly and respective individual and looking for the same in a roommate. Some may say I’m an old soul, and typically quite and in bed after 9-10pm due to my work schedule.
