Room for rent in Quadra Village near Bay and Prior for July 1st.

This is a three bedroom house but there would only be two of us living there. The 3rd bedroom is quite small and I prefer to only live with one other person. The rent is split down the middle and is $900 each plus all utilities. Averages about an extra $100 each a month.

It is a bright and beautiful space with a large living room and kitchen. There is a small wood shop in the garage and in the backyard there is a fire pit and outdoor clawfoot tub.

I’m a 32 year old carpenter and musician. I’m an early riser and sleeper so my ideal roommate would either be an early riser as well or at least a heavy sleeper if not.

I really value open communication and try to keep an emotionally safe and comfortable atmosphere. House tidiness is also really important to me, as well as a warm and social home. I like to host cozy gatherings every once and awhile including backyard fires with friends.

I am open to having pets in the home provided it’s a good fit. I love cats and dogs :)

There about 13 steps to the front door so this space is not wheelchair accessible.
