About the room
This is a great location right by yorkdale mall and Orfus rd. Literally a 30 second walk to yorkdale subway. It is a one bedroom fully furnished unit complete with a 4K TV, internet and in suite laundry. It is newly renovated and has a massive balcony since it is on the 3rd floor so it extends past the other balconies (ground level has townhomes which extend out further than the rest of the building which are 2 stories). This will go quick, first come first serve.
Mattress is memory foam, all appliances are brand new and hydro is included. Literally just bring your clothes and some groceries and you’re good to go.
Underground parking is also included. Conceirge in the building 30 seconds from subway All utilities included Gym and outdoor BBQ terrace.
About the roomies
No one will be living there except you! If it is you and your significant other or friend, that’s also fine!
