Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to rent an unfurnished room located at 78 Ave NW, 5 minutes away from the McKernan-Belgravia LRT station. It will be available starting in July. $500 including all utilities. There is lots of storage in the garage with a parking spot in the back and front.
