Hi, we have 1 spare room in the main level of our house and we would love to share them with female tenant who is tidy and organized. The room is fully-furnished. A Police Clearance is a requirement. Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The fee includes utilities and wifi. Our place is located in Acadia, SE and it is accessible to bus stops (short walking distance), and train stations 5-10 minutes by bus. Very close to Walmart, Superstore, Costco, Ikea, Dollar stores, and other establishments. Thank you.

We are family Christians and ougrown up daughter is living in the basement. We don’t smoke, drink liquors, and we don’t use Cannabis so we are looking for the same people who do not do the same. Our family is very friendly and easy to get along with.
