I have a room available in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment I am moving into on July 15th. Rent is 1450/month plus hydro. The apartment is currently unfurnished, so I am open to you bringing furniture for shared spaces if you have some.

The apartment is quite large, and there is space for you to have your own office space (or other area) separate from your room if you would like. The apartment is on the 19th floor, and has ac in the building, and comes with fridge, stove, dishwasher.

It has a large living room, solarium with patio door, and another shared space (which could be used for you as my desk and other things will be in my room).

I am 27 and moving to Toronto for grad school at UofT. I love making art, video games, thrifting, concerts, playing board games, and hanging out at home. I am focused on school and work, but am also hoping to be friends with whoever I am living with, and having fun in the city.

I have a dog named Percy who may be moving with me- though this has not been finalized. He is very friendly with other pets and I am open to you having pets as well!

It is important to me that my roommate is LGBTQ+ positive and that we are communicative and actively working to create a safe and comfortable space for everyone!
