Bowman Avenue

My home is located in the elmwood area! Super close to Sub zero ice cream too! It’s a two story house with three bedrooms and one and a half baths. One bedroom will be for you and the other two are occupied, one by myself and the other is just a spare room. The bedrooms are all on the same floor and the full bath is on the main floor and the half is upstairs. Wifi will be included and we would split hydro and water (I’m open to discussion about this though).

I work a lot during the week and some of the weekends so I’m not home a lot during the day. I have one pet cat named Rick who is extremely friendly and loves attention. I am open to discussion on you bringing your own pet too. I enjoy going to the gym so if you’re looking for someone to go with I’d be down for that too! I don’t have friends over too often but every now and then I do and I do throw the occasional party as well (I would obviously give you a heads up).
