Avenue Regent

Must love cats! This is a lower duplex in NDG Montreal that will be available 1 May to end of November (or as we agree) for a caring person or a couple for a rent of 400$ per month that cover all expenses. We are going to be out of the country and will require the care of a male cat Cesar - feeding him and cleaning his litter. Ideally you love cats and have no allergies, because we must make sure you stay the time we agreed. The house is around the corner of a bus stop of #90 (3 stops away from Vendome metro of the Orange line). You can use the whole house - living room, kitchen and a private back yard with deck and table, but one of the bedrooms will be yours and It is clean and bright. There are 2 other bedrooms - one for the cat and another one that we do not rent and will be off limits. The bathroom is nice and renovated, the rest of the house is old but decent. There is a cable internet high speed and a washing machine. Drying the cloths is in the backyard on a rope or inside the veranda or in the bathroom on hangers. It is a nice and safe neighborhood and there are grocery stores nearby. Parking is on the street. Please, do not reply if you do not like cats!

Your roommate will be the cat, he will sleep in another bedroom (not yours). We have tenants upstairs who are very nice and our neighbors around are very pleasant and helpful in case you have questions or a problem.
