Ren's room

Located within walking distance to Pembina and U of M with bus routes to both. Amenities near by are Shoppers, bubble tea, pizza places, Sobeys, 7/11, Starbucks and more.

Private unfurnished bedroom, shared bathroom and common areas. Large backyard with fire pit and deck. Wifi is included in rent.

Bathroom is shared with myself and the other main floor roommate. We all take turns cleaning it and buying cleaning supplies/toilet paper.

We have animals living in the basement suite so we are not able to accept any more animals in the house.

We are looking for someone who is CLEAN, respectful, responsible and can follow the house rules.

House rules are:

• Follow the bathroom cleaning schedule and clean up after yourself in common areas

• Don’t use someone’s stuff without asking and respect the furnished common areas

• Give 24 hours in advance if someone is coming over or sleeping over

• Can keep noise levels to a minimum late at night

Currently four of us live here and we are a mix of students and working professionals. We are all pretty introverted but will hang out occasionally and do things like board game nights, cook together or have a bonfire!
