It’s a really good place if you use the bus as there’s Blue (chancellor station)- 3 minute walk from the house University crescent (47,60,75,78)- 4 minute walk Chancellor @ Gaylene (676,693)- 2 minute walk

It’s 6 minutes by bus to U of M, superstore etc.

And the bus routes are good for going the other way (downtown, polo park, regent, et vital etc.)

Month to month agreement.

Parking available for extra $40 a month.
