Yim's room

This room is a great spot for sunlight throughout the day, all furnished with a queen bed and a desk comfortable enough if you need to work from home. The condo has all basic appliances (and more!!) such as washer/dryer, stove, oven, air fryer, espresso machine, fridge, etc. The condo shared spaces include a rooftop terrace, bbq area, indoor/outdoor pools, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, etc.

This place is situated in Griffintown which is a lively and convenient area right by the canal not too far from downtown. It is a 12 mins walk to Bonaventure Station/Gare Centrale and less than 10 mins walk to Adonis, IGA and Metro Plus.

You will be living with me :-) I’m working in software engineering, I’m laid-back, adaptable and respectful. Mostly a morning person and also a big fan of latin dances, live music/concerts and working out. Always curious about discovering new activities or cultures.

Our other roommate will be my cat, he’s a little social butterfly. Other cats are welcome as he usually gets along with them, but no dogs unfortunately.
