Large 5 1/2 on the second floor in a quiet neigborhood close to downtown. Lots of sun in every room. Large common areas and a blacony. The appartment is old but in good condition. It has an indoor staircase which makes it easier in winter. The appartment is within walking distance from the subway’s green line, 5 stations away from McGill. Smoke-free house (there’s a balcony). The room is fully furnished plus there is a desk and shelf in the “office room” for whoever rents the room.

Hi, I speak both french and english. I’m a student in urban design and I work at the nearby climbing gym as a side hustle. I like to keep things tidy in the house so that cleaning is always an easy task. I’ll be happy to setup some cleaning habits together if you’d like to. I’m a social person and like to eat with my roommate from time to time. I’ll also be happy to show you around town if you’re new in Montreal. I value people’s well beeing and personnal space and hope you do too. I like my space to be clean and peacefull. I wish to live with someone who likes to live during the day so that sleep time can be nice and quiet :)
