The condo is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. I’m looking for a roommate, you’ll have your own room and bathroom. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, balcony, kitchen, living room and storage unit. The condo is located in Mimico, it’s a very beautiful and safe place located around other condominiums. The property itself has a concierge, security, games room, shared outdoor pool, gym, sauna, party room, etc. The rent covers heat, water, hydro, and AC.

Things to mention:

• 9-10 min walk from Starbucks and Tims
• 9 min walk from Metro Grocery Store

PS: the pictures are staged pictures, your room and bathroom is not furnished. The living room has some furniture already.

Hi my name is Kaitlynn, I’m a fourth year college student studying at Humber Lakeshore. I currently work hybrid, while in school so ill be home most days.

A big must is that your pet lover, I have a little Chorkie named Arthur who would be staying with us from time to time, he’s a very small, energetic and full of love.

I love to cook, my specialty is any kind of pasta, I love to eat and try new restaurants too. I can come across really shy at first but once you get to know me I can be a big extrovert. I also love to host, whether its a pre for a night out or some sort of gathering. I usually go out during the weekend especially during the summer! My hope is to connect with my roommate instead of being to strangers in the condo.
