About the room
We have a lovely 3 bedroom end unit townhouse in the Riverside South/Manotick area. Just a 5 minute walk from the riverview park and ride. The house is fully furnished aside from the room and has plenty of amenities, including access to a variety of tools and a workshop. Currently, only street parking is available. Bills typically work out to between $100-$150
About the roomies
We are two young professionals working in technology looking for a new third roommate. Our current roommate is moving in with their boyfriend and as such we will need to fill her room.
I am 26, and currently working with the government of Canada. I enjoy working on projects at home using my collection of tools as well as going outdoors. I am very clean and enjoy taking care of the house.
The second is a newly graduated computer science major. He is clean, polite, and despite not being too social is very friendly.
