Master bedroom with a half bathroom available immediately, in the South River Heights area. 200sq feet is the size of the bedroom, not including the half bath. Utilities and internet would be shared. A/C, dishwasher, street parking available. Quiet neighbourhood, residential, with parks and benches in walking distance; 5 min or less drive to Grant Park Mall, IKEA/Sterling Lyon shopping centre, Superstore, etc.

Looking for a working professional, the house is quiet after 11pm (even though we tend to still be awake). Please no smoking, no parties, social drinking only. Two of us currently in the house, both working early morning to evening shifts. We’re pretty quiet, friendly, and are the natural homebody sort without being the “hide away” type.
