About the room
private room available for one person home with two living rooms and lots of space, you must love dogs as i have a hypo allergenic, very clean rescue dog. there are two bedrooms available, i have a massive in home studio gym that can be used during downtime and a fully furnished house (room is not furnished).
what im looking for : -someone chill with no pets at all, sorry, my dog is the only exception as I have allergies and im diligent about her cleanliness. The rooms are for ONE person and we are not able to have more than one in each room. -someone who is conscious, and understands the importance of keeping the energy in the home calm! -lets keep the house a health conscious and positive space

what you get: -your bedroom is on the third floor with a double mirror closet, super clean, large windows for tons of light. -private bedroom, shared bathroom (one other female) you can rent both bedrooms and use the second one as your office ! -all bills are included (laundry x 1 per week, hydro, fortis, internet, Netflix on the tv) -fully furnished double living room and kitchen, beautiful balcony with a small vegetable garden -studio gym on the bottom floor (if you are a trainer or yoga instructor DM ME!!!)
