Dilhan's room

I am looking for a roommate to share this beautiful 2 bedroom condo as of September 1. The unit is air conditioned, furnished, and the bedroom for rent will have a queen sized bed and mattress. You will have your own private bathroom. Living space and kitchen will be shared. The entire unit has a huge balcony which can be accessed from each room, and outside your room you will have your own balcony space. The condo also comes with a basement locker for additional storage, a heated rooftop pool and common space, and a gym (opening soon). Rent includes all amenities and we would split wifi and hydro bills. Appliances included: stove top, fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer in unit.

The condo is located 7 mins walking from Charlevoix metro right beside the Lachine canal. We are between Griffintown and Point Saint Charles so there is always stuff to do in the neighbourhood. Street parking is available in the area, and the building has underground bike racks.

Hi! My name is Dilhan. I am a fifth year PhD student at McGill University studying vaccine development for infectious diseases (more specifically: parasitic infections). I am a pretty quiet housemate, very respectful, and clean. I enjoy watching movies (binging TV shows on Netflix), being active, and adventuring - when I am not at school/work. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats and dogs, so despite my love of animals this would have to be a pet-free living arrangement.
