I’m renting out a master room in a condo with a ensuite. The condo is located right beside Yorkdale mall and right beside Yorkdale TTC station and Go bus station. Downsview Go (Go train station) is 2 stops away from Yorkdale as well. It’s a super convenient area and it’s just 15 minutes from downtown. There is a 24 hour shoppers drug Mart and multiple grocery stores in the area including Costco, Walmart ,Metro, No Frills and Fortinos (walking distance) . The unit comes with a storage locker. Amenities include a gym, A party room and a patio deck with a grill and a guest suite that can be booked. The room will be available May 1st . There’s also washer/dryer in unit. Females only!!

I am very respectful in regards to cleanliness and privacy. All I ask is you clean up after yourself in the shared areas (kitchen and living space).I like to keep to myself but also open to being friends too.( desk in photo will be gone when you move in) I prefer someone look for a long term stay.
