Hello! I am renting a small house (750sq ft) but have a small extra room. I have a small dog and work Monday-Friday. Times are tough and looking for someone to rent the other room if you don’t mind a small house, shared bathroom (shower only). Nice fenced in backyard on the canal. Great area for hikes, biking etc. in Welland. Background check required and I am ok with month to month. Parking sport, unlimited internet and all bills included for $750.
